COSNA Investments Founded

COSNA Investments Ltd is established in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, focusing on eco-industrial and business solutions across Africa.

2021–2022

Concept & Market Research

Extensive research into West African port logistics identifies critical gaps in container transport efficiency, traceability, and digital integration.

2023

RapideCargo Incorporated

RapideCargo is formally structured as the flagship logistics project of COSNA Investments, with Schwaben Express joining as the U.S. technical partner holding 35% equity.

2024

$12M Investment Secured

Negotiations with an equity investment fund conclude successfully — USD 12M committed to fund fleet acquisition, hub construction, and technology deployment.

Full Operational Rollout

Fleet deployment begins. Logistics hubs in Abidjan and San Pedro come online. RapideCargo officially begins serving port clients and regional corridors.
