RapideCargo Incorporated

RapideCargo is formally structured with Schwaben Express joining as the U.S. technical partner holding 35% equity.

$12M Investment Secured

Negotiations conclude successfully — USD 12M committed to fund fleet acquisition, hub construction, and technology deployment.
